    As has already been said, yours is a normal clad half. All the silver half dollars were minted in San Francisco...and therefore would have an "S" mint mark. Your's does not have a mint mark so it was minted in Philadelphia.

    The visible copper on the edge is a dead giveaway that it’s clad.
