Here is a pleasant surprise I received today, albeit a week late. The neighbor down the road "ahem, somehow  " got a package which was supposed to be mailed to me. It's happens all TOO Frequently around here and it falls on deaf ears at the USPS if you know what I mean??? Such is life in the country with a 'Rural Route' address.

    Anyway it's a Dutch 1766 2 Stuiver.

Happens quite often around here too, that we get the neighbors mail, and they ours. Good yours is honest enough to (eventually) get the package to you. Nice coin too!

I've only lost two deliveries in the past year or more and I've bought A LOT... I'll always purchase insurance as well, it's paid off twice and is worth the piece of mind.

Thanks Aidan for the information. That's very interesting.
