    Hi everyone

Can anyone tell me what this coin is? It appears to be a Spanish bronze/copper coin from 1564 but I can't find it listed anywhere. It has two different portraits on it.

    Legend:

    1564.PHILP.CAROL.FIL:HISPAN.PRINCEPES
    CAROLVS.V.ROM:IMP.SEMPER.AVG:x:

    Thanks

You probably already know this but the 2 gentlemen pictured on the coin were father & son - Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor, and Phillip II, King of Spain. By 1564 Charles had been dead for 6 yrs, and since there is no denomination - I kind of think that this is a medal or commemorative of some sort - not a coin.
