I thought the coin on the left was a Russian coin, perhaps because it was joined to the other. Seemed like some significance to me, but someone told me it was Austrian. I have been looking around and have found nothing exactly like the one I have. I'm starting to think it's maybe a forgery or copy made for tourists or something. I really don't know. I would appreciate any opinions was to what it is and it's value.
The first piece appears to be an imitation of a Leopold the Hogmouth coin. Authentic pieces showed Leopold's features quite clearly (he was called Hogmouth for a very good reason), but are far more crudely minted. I believe yours to be from the 19th or early 20th century and of little to no value. It may be a jeton or gaming token. The second does appear to be Russian, but not a coin -- possibly a medal or another jeton.
