Ok, I have a auction book from 11 years ago. The whole set was auctioned and it was 90,000RMB about 13,000USD.

From these pictures, if it is in this condition how much it is worth?

I'm new to Chinese coinage, but I do know that that coin is heavily counterfeited. I was in a shop in Chinatown a few weeks ago that had a tray of maybe 25 of them, all for about a buck a piece. I can't speak as the authenticity of your coin, but if you're looking to get a value, you'll definitely need an expert to verify its authenticity first.

To check its authenticity, I have have to go to www.pcgs.com or their authorized dealers right? I was planning to go back to the shop that I got it from and ask to see if they are willing to purchase it or not, to be sure it is the real deal (I got it like 10yrs ago, so they will never recognize me)

Sure, but that costs money. I'm sure someone with enough knowledge will come along here after a while and they should be able to help you quickly determine if it's an obvious fake or not.

I checked it out a few days ago, the store owner said its real. But he said it would be better to go to one of those PCGS, if I were planning to sell it for a high price.
