While researching this not exactly rare variety I dug, Can't seem to find any examples in decent condition, examples shown are the best I can find. Does anyone have resources to search for other Noe-28s ? Another thing I noticed is the 'M' in Massathvsetts sure looks to be inverted. Mass Silvers have many backwards letters and other diecutting errors, the first of the Oak Threes had all backwards S's, the Noe-28 was the first to get them all correctly oriented.
