Saturday Ebay Auctions 163 Lots Ending Tonight on Ebay. This is one of our largest ebay auctions to date. This sale includes a number of Greek coins, ranging from some nice bronzes, to a Persian siglos, Azes Tetradrachm, and Corinth Stater. For Provincial there are three scarce types, one featuring the portraits of Valerian I, Valerian II, and Gallienus, one of Domitia and Domitian, and one "Star of Bethlehem" type. For Roman Imperial there is a nice selection of early bronzes, denari, and mid empire Antoniniani (including Marinianna and Carausius). Also in this sale is a nice selection of Large Follis, as well as a few LRB's including Johannes and Valentinian III.The Byzantine selection includes a Nicephorus III gold Histamenon Nomisma, two Miliaresion, and a selection of bronzes including a number of Follis from Syracuse. Then there is a selection of Medieval coins, including Edward the Confessor, Edward Longshanks, Charles I, Elizabeth I, and a pair of Northumbrian stycas.
