Here is what I suspect is a Leopold I (HogMouth) 3 Kreutzer. The date is 162??? Any ideas or further information would be greatly appreciated. Leopold ruled the roost of the Holy Roman Empire from 1640-1705, thus the date of (1620 something) has me wondering.

    Could it be a 167#?

The pictures in Krause of 3 Kreuzer coins from that era are pretty bad, and there are separate sections for each mint, making it difficult to match the picture. The obverse does look like Leopold the Hogmouth, and the earliest Austrian coins I have found for him are dated 1658.

That's not Leopold but Ferdinand. The star under the bust on the obverse is the key to identification for the mint. Haven't found it yet myself.
