while i was at the flea market sunday talking to the vender about coins a man came in and wanted to trade some silver for a coin . boy was i surprised at what he pulled out of his pocket. the first was a tube of 1954 d,s then a tube of 1958 ,s and another roll of halves then a bag of silver rounds. i wated till he left and asked to see the halves . they were un mint tubes and uncirculated. i got two 54d,s bining my birth year i was to excited and didn't get any of the others . i hope sunday he still has some left . if so i am going to try to get some more. for 5$ each i sure should have gotten more.

If you only paid $5 each for BU 1954 Franklin halves, then you got a good deal.

Wow, that would be only $100 for the full roll!

I can only IMAGINE what you would get for a full roll of BU 1954 Frankies on eBay. :)

I'm thinking I would have bought a few more too. Nice grab. :thumb:
