Dangggg...you can buy quarters in $1,000 increments??

Did you happen to find any pre-1965 silver ones?

I got really lucky the first time I went coin roll hunting. I bought $150 in half dollars and ALL of them were pre-1965 and I ended up selling them for like $4 each xD.

Ah yeah it was more of the fact that I never assumed that banks would have $1,000 in quarters on hand at any time. I just can’t imagine what they would even need that many quarters for except people like us buying rolls xD

Got skunked in my last box of quarters, no W's no silver, no "s". A few gems to keep and upgrade some slots, but frustration mostly.

Some banks are really nice and will order in boxes of coins for customers! My bank has ordered both 1/2 dollar and small dollar coins for me. A box of candy now and then helps too!!;);):):)

Yes if there nice uncirculated examples no mint sets were made in 1982-83.So regular strikes are a little harder to find in higher grades, gem and above examples are quite scarce.
