It is of no signifigant value, unless really nice and crispy. But, as with every find, ask yourself: 1) Do I like this piece enough to keep it? 2) When will I come across another? I probably would-- but I have no bills to pay.
i agree with crispy excpet i wouldnt be able to bring myself to spend any star note. Its value right now is pretty miniscule over face, if you could find a buyer. It will certainly go up in value over time, but as crispy said nice and crisp are a must for the most monetary return. good luck
