now THIS note, unlike your other post, is a low serial.. 4 leading zeros gets me all excited when i see it in circulation or my bundles nice find. As for value, the condition is too low to catch too much if any premium. the lower the condition, the lower the serial needs to be to catch some attention. Being a star helps it though.. at least to me lol
being a star will definitely help. the fold down the middle hurts. i know i had a $20 star similar low serial and it fetched a slight premium over face value. still a nice note. thats one to hold on to.:thumb:
not to sure it would get much over face( at this date and time) because of the fold but it is definatly one to hold onto till you need to spend it
