I have this Star $100 brand new bill. Date 2006 Serial # HE 00172179 * ES
Question: more than face value? if so, any idea how much?

Maybe worth $101 to $105 to a collector if mint-new. The higher denominations aren't collected as much as Ones and Fives due to the high face value.
