    Hi All,

I need some opinions about this note I received. Is this a keeper or spender?

I really am asking about the serial number.
    Thanks

There's only value if you find the right buyer of fancy serial numbers... those are the kind of notes I keep if I find in circulation because they're "neat finds' but I would never purchase one so...

I would agree. If it was a $1 I'd say keep it...but a $100 has too much soaked into the face value. I can't imagine that anyone would pay a premium for it over the face value.

    It's a neat find though.

I'm doing a copy and paste from my post on the other forum this is posted on.

The collectors I know that collect fancy $100's are a picky bunch. They want repeaters, super repeaters, ladders, solids, low serial numbers and rare star notes, AND they prefer uncirculated notes.

This note may provide a meager profit on eBay, but a serious collector wouldn't look twice.
