Would this be something a collector would want? It's a star note with 666 in the serial and is a bit over midrange on the rarity scale. Just wondering if it would be worth over face value or worth keeping.

You might get $15 for it on ebay (before fees). With almost 4 million printed in total, I would spend it.
The specialty in the serial number would actually either be at the front Or at the end, so would say Walmart spender for sure.
I would think that grade always plays a factor unless its substantially rare. On a note like this,the difference in value wouldnt be much.
