After searching through thousands of banknotes, I found a number of potential errors that I have been holding onto just in case they are worth something. I'm interested in what this community thinks of some of these errors - here's my best guesses:

    1. Keeper
    2. Keeper
    3. Throw it back
    4. Not sure - Likely throw them back
    5. Not sure - possible keepers
    6. Not sure
    7. Throw it back
    8. Not sure - Keeper?
    9. Keeper
    10. Not sure. Its neat, but likely throw it back

Also, are any of these worth a decent premium?

    10. Series M? I know it's an A, but it looks like a series M.

    4, 6, 7, 8 I'd spend

I would keep the rest even though there is very little extra value to any of them.

Low denominations, keep them all, especially since you found these after searching through thousands.

IMHO 4 can be spent, not sure if 8 is a real error.

    Let's see...

#2 is a definite keeper, though given its condition it's not going to command a very large premium.

#7 is actually a more prominent stuck digit than most of the ones people ask about. Since the entire digit is still present it's not a major error, but I'd call this one a clear keeper too.

#9 also looks pretty cool...if the front side is normal, then this degree of front-to-back misalignment can reasonably be called an error.

#1 and #5 are kinda borderline as to whether they should be called errors or not. The alignment is significantly off, but that was more common on the 1976 series than it is today.

#3 it's not clear whether the extra ink is from the BEP or whether it's something that got onto the note while it was in circulation. Similarly for #10; could just be circulation wear starting to show up at that particular spot.

#6 is pretty much normal; the serials would have to be a lot fainter than that before we'd start to say they were underinked.

#4 and #8 aren't errors; the ink got smudged after printing. Notice that all three notes in #4 have serial numbers ending in 001; the top note of a bundle often gets this kind of light smudging from contact with the shrink wrap. On the other hand, #8 looks like circulation wear; maybe the note got wet?

    1 Keep, 2 Keep, 3 Spend, 4 spend, 5, Spend, 6 Spend, 7 Keep, 8 Spend
9 Keep, 10 Spend. Now this is my thinking. I could be wrong.
