Used a $10 rebate check for nickels, 200 in total, had some interesting finds. Landed 1 war nickel 1943-P, an Elephant coin from Somalia, a 1965 to complete a Whitman book and a few other keepers. The 3rd photo down has the potential keepers in the bottom half. 1965 is ok, good shine but it has been in a couple battles. Absolutely zero 2009's, probably 5-6 1964'ers in the top pile.
Zero from the 50's and 30's. Only 40's was the war nickel. I took 5 pics of the somalian coin with the I-phone, that was the best.
I have found enough of those Somalian shilling coins that I am sort of annoyed finding them now. Someone around where I live must have a tonne of them to stuff into rolls they send to the Credit Union.
