An old russian man at the flea market usually has a variety of paper money,
including 1$silver cert's,2$ red seals and other stuff, but his prices are high for the condition of the notes, so i don't usually buy from him.
Today i spied a 10$ HAWAII note in fine that he was asking 50$ for, since i wasn't sure of the real value and knowing that this guy tends to overcharge i didn't buy it.
He also had a 5$ HAWAII for 55$ (also in fine). Does anyone know if these prices are inline?
Some of these flea market guy's are kind of shifty, so beware.

Would have to see the notes in hand , but sounds fairly close to average prices I would say ! ;)
