An old russian man at the flea market usually has a variety of paper money, including 1$silver cert's,2$ red seals and other stuff, but his prices are high for the condition of the notes, so i don't usually buy from him. Today i spied a 10$ HAWAII note in fine that he was asking 50$ for, since i wasn't sure of the real value and knowing that this guy tends to overcharge i didn't buy it. He also had a 5$ HAWAII for 55$ (also in fine). Does anyone know if these prices are inline? Some of these flea market guy's are kind of shifty, so beware.
