$10 1929 National Note (Gaylord, KS) - Only 10 Known!

Found this baby for $50 yesterday afternoon. I'm told there are 2 Large & 10 Small notes known for this town. If anyone has anymore info, etc. I'd love to hear. I'm trying to find out as much about this note as possible.

Nice low numbered note... to bad about the folds...it still might get a decent grade..

The website I sent you is of a famous Note dealer..he has written some books. If you emailed him a picture and asked about it..he may or may not respond. He has hundresd of Nationals on his web site. Check it out. Also do a google search and you will find additional info.

Yes,you are right the price for this town's note issues will rocket up.I am more than floored at this excellent buy.It sure beats any of the bargains I've ever bought.

Wow....that is an excellent find. You really found a good deal with that note. would say that the bill is a nice quality VF piece. Nationals have been really hot the past few years, so I feel that the prospects for a price increase are pretty good.

That is a really good price. A couple of well known currency dealers have told me that Nationals have cooled off but they're still quite sellable in my experience...especially the scarce ones.

That’s a nice find.
I do not have many Bills. Coins keep me busy. But I have a 1929 $20 from the bank of Hamburg Pa. Never check it out to see what value it has

I will tomorrow for sure it is in my bank box plus the lighting better in day have to snap it with my Logitech Quick Cam not the best at night. My wife's Aunt about 20 years ago gave me a few Bills and bag of silver that had about 30 Morgans in it she had a lot more I did not want to get greedy , It's not in the greatest condition but not bad for free. if I forget remind me

I grew up in Pa all I know is Hamburg Pa is a small town.
