Yes, it is worth more than face value. Prices today trend between $5 - $20 , depending on the venue. 1957, 1957A, and 1957B $1 Silver Certificates were the last SC’s printed before the start of $1 FRN’s that we use today. The $1 SC’s were still being printed into the mid 1960’s, and circulated into the 70’s and 80’s. Some can still be found circulating today....just not as nice as yours. It’s a cool note, but hasn’t picked up much traction yet.
