started rpm hunting the rolls i have. found 2 of these rpms. at least thats what i think they are. the uncirculated roll had 4 different mint marks. these "scratches" are actually ridges on the coin, not dug into the coin. i have a few exactly the same. is this a die polish error?

ok. stupid question. they are die polish marks for sure. i have five of them EXACTLY the same. but then i have the EXACT SAME mint mark on some WITHOUT the die polish marks. does this mean that they caught it(the die marks), stopped the press, polished the die the rest of the way, then kept going?
