I recently found a One Dollar note that has all the earmarks of having been printed in Dallas Texas on the exact day that John F. Kennedy was shot. There is a K in the circle and it dated on Nov 22, 1963. Was this a commerative or just a fluke. Would there be many of these around. It is the first I have ever seen. Would it have a special $ value?

I'm going to guess post printing, but can you post a scan of the note?

The K is the designation for Dallas Federal Reserve (K=11 in the alphabet, Dallas is the #11 Federal Reserve Bank).
There were $ bills printed in 1963, the date of the series.
As for the Nov. 22nd, no chance.
They never put exact dates on the bill.
However, someone may have added it as a commemorative.

a scan of the pic would help, but i think gatzdon and Treashunt covered the rest :)

Unless of course the serial number is K11221963x, in which case THAT might be worth a little bit.

Sorry, the note is in America and I am in Australia at the moment. When I get back I will post the scan. I can't remember exactly where on the note the 22 and 11 were. I just remember it had all the dates.
