If I had to guess, I'd say about $75 to $100, because it's a STAR, otherwise $25-$35 for non-star.

Depending on the grade, it could go for higher, but I'm not sure how much. I think a scan would help if possible.

Personaly I would say real world would be $45-$55 bucks if you want to sale it quick.

 

It all depends on who all is interested in the low serial number. Myself, I'm not into fancy serials, low serials, radars, repeaters, etc. That doesn't mean that some people wouldn't go for this though. With the right atmosphere, you could definitely get that much.

 

I won the note at Heritage for $60. With buyers fee and shipping, it came to $80.15. I'll post a pic when it arrives.
