    If you mean the U.S. Mint, the answer is never.
    Probably someone who does know that "100 mil .999 silver" means silver plate on a base metal planchet and that genuine Silver Eagles are marked "1 OZ. FINE SILVER-ONE DOLLAR", because they weigh one ounce, are .993 silver alloyed with .007 copper, and are issued by the U.S. Mint with legal tender status. :(

    This auction requires the 20-foot pole reserved for things you wouldn't even touch with a 10-footer! :eek:
