Sorting through my unattributed coins today and this one has stymied me.
I was sure it was a German States 1/24 Thaler from 1763, but the closest match I
could find on Numista was for Poland-Lithuania.
Edit: I just found it in Krause under Saxony-Albertine, 1/24 thaler 1763 FWoF

My eyes are too bad to read worn text on billon coins at my age, so I took a photo.

    obverse: D.G. FRID:CHRIST. PR:R:pOL & L:EL:SAX
reverse: CCCXX EINE FEINE MARCK 1763 24 EINEN THALER

I think Frederich Christian died that year (1763). Not sure if this is an official issue of Saxony-Albertine or his holdings in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
Any suggestions for a listing online under Saxony-Albertine or a better picture somewhere? Thanks.
