Has anyone seen any or have any knowledge of the $1 2009 Dallas short run star notes? Is there any reported as of yet?
Robert Azpiazu & crew at First City Currency maintain FRN series update info, check the link. $1 Series 2009 "THIS IS A COMPLETE LIST OF ALL $1 SERIES 2009 NOTES PRINTED AS OF THE OCTOBER 2014 REPORT" BTW, they do wish-list sales, so if you are looking for one, they would be a good source to be in touch with for obtaining one, if/when they have any.

Probably because the H..* never appeared in the BEP production reports at all. We don't actually know when they were printed, or their exact serial range; October 2012 and 320,000 notes are best guesses based on when they started to show up in circulation and what serials we've seen so far.
