    It’s a decent Taxila copper square. Very nice swastika, elephant and railed tree symbols on them. Thanks for sharing this.

    These are covered in detail in Michael Mitchiner's 'Ancient & Classical World". It's out of print and pretty expensive book. These coins are also listed in first couple of chapters in 'Ancient coins of India" written by John Allan.

    If you are interested only in this series, IIRNS started a series of books named "Local coins of Ancient India". Under this series they published a book with title "Coins of Malhar" by S.B.Majumdar. This is a good book with lots of details on these coins.
