i found this in banks rolls dime, it is 1/2 fr switzerland franc1986 .. is this error?

Nah, Latin. On the left, you would see "A. BOVY" which is short for Antoine Bovy who designed the coin. On the right "INC.T", with the dot below the (small) T. The Latin word "incidit" means "engraved". So the text basically says "Antoine Bovy engraved it".
