Hi, I just got a bunch of old foreign coins amongst which was a Tirol 1516 1/2 Batzen from the reign of Maximilian. I was able to locate a photograph on line in the "Saurmasche Collection" (Illus. #348, Coin #821) but was unable to ascertain a value. I'd rate this one at VG8 to F12. Anyone out there have any idea what one of these is worth? Thanks, Coinpoor
Howdy coinpoor - Welcome to the Forum !! It would be quite difficult to obtain a value for a coin like that. About the best chance you would have would be to search in the realized auction prices for some the larger auction houses. Even then it may be difficult to find that coin.
