I don't know alot about star note but some of the basics.

How do I know if it really is a birthday date and I have this other bills with star notes and one regular bill which I think is a scrabble Lader serial number.

Can anyone let me know if these are Wirth holding, selling or its OK to just use it?

    Thank you

I like the Birthday note and would keep it. The others are from large star note runs and are not in the best condition.

“Scrambled ladder” is a made up eBay thing to hype otherwise valueless notes. Keep whatever you like, but personally I would spend them. What they are wirth (worth) to someone else is anybody’s guess.

That's a new term for me. Interesting. But it makes sense.

I personally keep all star notes regardless of condition, I guess that's kinda weird but it's my collection, I like what I like. Up to you really cause the value is face, it's up to you to evaluate it if it's "valuable" for your collection alone. So, it can be a spender, keeper, and maybe seller if only you found the right buyer. Hope this helps.

Scrambled ladders are just lame IMO, will never be in my collection. But people will collect what they want but it's not for me.
