'03A $100 Star Note.

Hi all,

Got this beauty from the bank, today:



Unfortunately, I probably can't keep it, because I'm really not in the position to be able to sit on 100 bucks. It's from the first print run of NY Fed stars, totaling 160,000 notes.

Kind of bittersweet....it's a nice find, but most likely will have to part with it.

Just thought I'd share.

I wish I had found that. Too bad you can't keep it.

Why not just try to take it somewhere and sell. Maybe you could make a profit of of it.

Nice $100 star! I got 2 sequentials from a low run, but probably not as nice as yours. Let me know if you and Steve can't work something out and I might be interested...

Thank you everybody, for your thoughts, suggestions, and interest in this note. I am trying to work something out, where I am able to hang onto it. I'll keep everybody posted.
