Can you post a photo of your mint set? these coins are not supposed to have mint marks.

4 sellers on ebay are selling for under $700 now. $850 sold coins are PCGS MS70 although 90 % of submitted coins are coming up as MS70
I have 4 NPS, 1 Jackie, and almost all the rest. Most are selling for melt price :( even some of the more recent ones with low mintage. Too many...

Your coin looks nice, better than the one listed on ebay, the ebay one was bought at auction for $3k last year.
I too thought it was a MS66 or higher with spectacular toning. I have a PCGS MS65, it's not that rare.
I am guessing it might get a star, not a PL. Reverse doesn't look PL, usually NGC give one sided PL coin a star. Just my opinion.
