It appears to be coming up from the surface of the coin. Not on top of[ATTACH] the surface.

These are all 1970 S, but I'm afraid there are no small dates.

I can't tell what this is scratch maybe? Doesn't look right. It's a 1962 D that is in immaculate MS condition. That's what makes it odd to me.

The ddo-oo6 matches pretty well. There is definitely something going on with the second 5. I'll try to get a clearer picture.
