1974 mint [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] proof set unopened the Lincoln s penny has a black eye ,the rest of the coin very pristine looking...
My guess is was done by a mini torch,or high heat in thst srea i have a coin similar.
