Where does the Fr. number come from? What are some of the things that make a note rare besides a SN?
I am wondering if these sequential SN notes are worth more as a pair? And maybe an idea of grade or value of the notes?

Well that's good news, found a bag of them all mostly in this condition a local coin shop tried to give me 16$ a piece for them...
