This isn't on any list I could find, but it looks like a DDO to me, possibly Die Deterioration Doubling but look at the P? ......
Sooo I believe that it is a DDO-003 stage A. It seems to have most of the markers that I can see.... Hard to find/see those little die gouges...
Sort of I pick out of the give a penny take a penny cup at the local grocery and convenience stores, they all know me sometimes save the Wheaties...

Thanks for the feedback, wasn't sure what would have caused it. The date is faintly visible under a light with a magnifier you can almost see it...

I found an 83 penny as well that was heavier than my zinc pennies but lighter than my copper pennies. Any thoughts?

I'm getting better at weeding out the mechanical doubling, I think I may have found a true doubled die but would love to get some feedback....
This has some of the same die markers as a 92 Doubled Die but it looks to have some kind of mechanical doubling as well...is it possible to have...
