This is a 1921 British Silver Florin. I'm not that great at grading, but you can see for yourself and maybe give me you opinion.

I came across this 1972 D , I think I see some kind of doubling on the "2" .
please help, I am not sure of what I see, die chip, machine doubling, double mint mark, or do I just need to clean my glasses ??
When I first looked at this coin his face seemed odd so I looked at it under a microscope. There is a ' Y ' in his jaw neck area, so mint or after

really, what about the weight difference
I weighed the quarter and it was 5.03g. Much lighter than it should be for a state quarter.I have several and they all were over 5.60g.
I am not for sure so I hope you all will help with an answer
