The coin looks to be coated with a unique finish
What is circulation finish? Is it a applied finish cuz under 30x magnification this finish on this coin has a unique finish I haven't seen...
Can anybody tell me if there was ever a matte finish struck in 1885 if not was there a prototype or a Judd Maybe?[ATTACH]

It's on a 1922 peace $ looks to me like a cabon spot to me but under magnification it look like what you see . Yeah I'll go to paint and outline...

Well ,under magnification I can see guite a few 833's which all I guess was from minting process ( please can you elaberate on the use of the #833...
