Thanks guys. That's what I kind of thought. Wanted to check with the experts. And you're right @Oldhoopster, I can see a very faint P under the scope.
Is this just a well placed greaser or a missing mint mark? [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
The copper coating is still visible from the sides. Only the copper from highest point of the rim is missing.
Appears as though the copper coating is gone. The rim is raised and present. Is this the zinc I'm seeing? What would cause this?[ATTACH] [ATTACH]
I should note that nothing was attributed by the grading service.
As I was taking a closer look at some of the coins in my collection, I came across this. Is this an example of a railroad rim? Or a misaligned...
I agree, that I would have rather seen a silver composition,
This a 2017 commemorative proof of the 1977 dollar that was never minted. The mint chose to go with the Susan B Anthony dollar instead. Frank...
Where and how do I find such a dealer? This would be ideal. My LCS told me it would be between $40 & $50 to have him send a coin off for me.
I realize that these are coins that will only fetch between $100 & $200 on a good day, if slabbed.
Thank you everyone for your input. I cant thank you all enough for spending the time to give me your input. I have done a fair amount of research...

I just watched a confusing video and then read several articles about this. Are there 80% silver Ikes from Sanfransico? I was under the...
Hahaha
Picked this up a while back while out of state on vacation,[ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] and managed to hit a show. I see this statement a lot, but...
