I also have a 41 that looks like that.I am in ky and this wheat cent has been put away since the mid 70's.
I can't recall where I heard this,but most of the 82 no p's was found in ohio.

the reverse looks very similar to the reverse of the 2013 p cent.there is thinning and distortion on e p u. here are closer pics of inits
this coin is not listed on coppercoins or wexlers. any thoughts about it. it does appear to me to be a ddr.
