Yes you are correct there is a large and small date for 1960 d/p cents. No preimum. Fun to find. Common. There are a lot of DDOS for that date....

Common for those to say, they are common. But don't specifically search for that date. Than 1 one would perhaps know how uncommon they have become..
That 69 d is not rare but sure hard to find in circulation. There is a DDO variety for that date if I remember right...

1982 1960 1970s are the only small date variety...
It's a Philly all Philly are large dates. S mint mark is the 1 that has the small date variety. Post it here when you think you have 1
