i do see some strike doubling also, but above the r t e in quarter is both above and below the letters. I didn't think strike doubling could be...
It kinda looks like a d , but it is raised . Any way anybody have any ideas ? Thanks
tail feathers look doubled to me, as well as the first r in quarter and a few other places. what do you all think?

It looks heavily doubled on b, e, r on liberty, and 0, 1, 1, on the date. Sorry, I've been home schooled !!!!!
