One cent.

You've got 45 cents total there. Both are post mint damage.
I wouldn't touch them.
Buy stabbed coins and crack them out of the plastic.
Who said it's rare and valuable?
They are plated outside of the mint we call it PMD (post mint damage), for a damaged coin such as that, I'd give a couple American cents for it.
A coin struck through grease is pretty common, and not worth much (if any) over face, I'd leave it the way it is.
Doesn't look like a proof to me, but your picture looks like a scan, so that makes it even harder to tell.
Weigh them and look them up in a Krause Catalog.
Its worth at least 5 cents, why do you think its worth more? Because the date is worn off? The date is one of the first things to wear down on...
A whole picture of the coin would help.
Presidental dollars?
I got the info from my Krause catalog, I bought a used 2010 edition on amazon for under $10 shipped, either book would be nice to have.

Do you have pictures? If you're sure it's the real deal I'd send it in for grading. It's right around 90 dollars or so.
Yeo you're right.
Are those 2 gouges at 6 o'clock on the obverse? If so it's not close to a 67.
Is it replated?
