I don't think this one would grade due to the "A" letter looking scratch on the obverse. They would most likely hit it with "graffiti"
A picture would help lol but they usually appear if there is some sort of small debris attached to the coin that causes it to get the spots over time

You cant grade it. It is damaged and cleaned, most likely a $5 coin
