Looks like a triple punched date? However coin has great details, been cleaned and slightly bent. Fake maybe? Just more damage? I’m puzzled help...

You talking about the chin area ? Looks like a hair on the holder casting a shadow maybe ? Maybe even a scratch on the holder.
