Your right one cent coins have smooth edges, the coin that made the contact mark had a reeded edge like a dime or quarter.
Its a contact mark, the edge of another coin made the mark. PMD
Look closely at the third pic, notice how the steps disappear under the spots. You have a coin covered in paint.
