The coin looks good to me. I have seen the 3o'clock denticle 'mark' on 3 separate occasion. I think that is quite common for the 1911 Empire...

The chinese words on the reverse looks suspected to me. The fonts of the english words 'An-Hwei Province' and '7 mace 2 candareens' looks too stiff.
