    I e-mailed ngc and they said 20o rotation isn't recognized as an error. I thought 10-15o was mint tolorance oh-well I tried

    If I hold the coin 12 to 6 o'clock flipped down and over it's right side up with a 20o counterclockwise rotation hope this helps
