The coin came from a miss formed or oblong bank roll from a box of Pennie’s I bought in Wyoming 3 months ago
Is this a triple strike coin and this 1986 looks like it’s a different material than all the other 86 Pennie’s maybe all zinc ?

The coin is in really good condition actually it is blurred as if it was struck right on top of each other or smashed when stamped in press
They typically run worn dies until even Lincoln’s face is distorted I can clearly see the double strike in the word god but all the other letters...
