What color toning are they mostly? Rose, red, purple?? Looks cool but almost unnatural.
Oh man! Where's Dr. Phil when you need him!! :blackeye:
Not an error of any kind. Sorry, you're having a tough time with coins. It can be frustrating.
Looks like "Die deterioration doubling" to me. :D
.....Because I love error coins and don't have one. Having one on a KHD Silver would be icing on the cake and we all love cake, right? :hungry:
Definitely damaged. Post Mint Damage. (BTW, it was Lincoln that got shot back then).
Hello all. It's summertime here in New England and what better way to kick off the season than with some good food and coins. Weird combo. I know....
Yea, I was thinking token as well.
I'm in also. Thanks @No_Ragrets ! #9 for the win. I would like the KHD clipped planchet please. :) Thanks for the contest also. ;)
Shh! Don't tell anyone else and you can have my chocolate coin hoard melted straight from New England.
Depends on whether, if the area is raised or recessed, no? Looks like a scratch if you ask me. Better fully images please. The jury is out now.
That's just awesome! Giving back. Cool novelty as well. :) I have a button, circa mid 1800's from the Benedict & Burham Co. and now the company...
Congrat's to the winners! On to #126.......
Two thing that make me pass on this coin.... "Cleaned" and "Ebay".
Just making sure everyone was awake.
Nice Cud! Have you located its twin on cudsoncoins.com? What's going on at 8 o'clock? Doesn't look like a cud. I see the huge one at 12 though....
Nice B-Day present! Love the IHC series. Next year, an 1856 perhaps?
I like it. Very clean, AU50. To be different.
Me too, in my dreams.
But it says, 1899 O. Did you mean that? MS65PL.
